The sash jammer

The sash jammer is simple to operate and easy to fit. The jammer bar prevents the window from being opened by using the frame as a stopper. It's ideal for UPVC windows, and it can also be used on doors to provide extra security when you're away from home.

The jammer has a key-operated lock to secure the arm in place when the window or door is closed. It is also available without the keylock.
